1.    Prices and discounts

+ Tourist Tax 3,00 Euro per person and night

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 6 nights per apartment and night.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, radio, electricity and heating and the final cleaning.

2.    Discounts for children

Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request

3.    Pets

Out of consideration for our guests, pets are not allowed!

4.    Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 100 € per week has been paid.

For stays of less than 6 days there is a surcharge per person and night depending on holiday time between 5 € and 15 €.

The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site.
Since December 6^th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 999.99 in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

5.    Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 14 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 9:30 am. Other times are possible upon request.

6.    Cancellation

Please understand that in case of late cancellations (10  weeks prior to the start of your holiday) we will retain the deposit, and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 80 % of the total price.

7.    Cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your visit. You may cancel your reservation until 30 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit.

cancellation until 14 days before arrival: 40 % of the full price.

cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 80 % of the full price.

In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.

8.    Exclusion of liability
